It’s weddings and engagements galore on Vanderpump Rules. The newest season will feature the Kentucky fried sham wedding of Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor. Viewers will be treated to a Disney princess themed wedding in a castle, where we get to hear Brittany say “I’m making the biggest mistake of my life just to be on TV” “I do” in between guzzling shots of tequila and beer cheese. Can’t wait.
I’m not sure if we’ll see Randall Emmett’s proposal to Lala Kent, but I hope that we don’t. I don’t have the stomach to hear Lala say, “Yes, daddy,” after Randall pops the question. Barf. Watching Beau Clark propose to Stassi Schroeder in a cemetery is more my speed. I’ll happily watch Stassi’s wedding as well, it will be anything but boring and it will be in Europe. But will Stassi decide to have her wedding filmed for viewers?
In an interview with E!’s Daily Pop, Stassi discussed the possibility of filming her wedding, and who in the cast might be asked to be a bridesmaid. Somehow I doubt that Stassi will invite everyone and their mother to be a bridesmaid like Brittany did.
Stassi first dished on whether she would get married on TV or not. She shared, “I mean listen, I’ve lived all of my twenties on Vanderpump Rules. And the crew is my family, the cast is my family, and like, the viewers are a huge part of my life now.”

She had me up until the viewers part. Stassi really only wants viewers to be a part of her life so they can upvote her on social media and buy copies of her new book.
She continued, “I feel like I’m going to be giving birth on TV and the camera is going to be like right there up in my vag, and I’m not joking right now. It’s my life! I think it would be weird if it wasn’t filmed, I’d be like something’s missing here.”

So, I think Stassi just confirmed that her wedding will be filmed and the birth of her first child will be too. I think I’ll pass on watching the second part.
Stassi then discussed if any of her Pump Rules castmates were going to be bridesmaids. She said, “Um, I mean they’re my best friends so…yeah I haven’t told them yet. I haven’t told anyone yet. It depends on who behaves this year.”

One of the hosts, Justin Sylvester, jumped in and said, “I heard no ones behaving this year! Yaaas!” Hey, at least someone is still enthusiastic for this crew. So, is Justin referring to Jax, who was unfollowed on social media by half the cast, or the alleged feud between Stassi and Kristen Doute?
Stassi’s mom, Dayna Schroeder, reported that Kristen wasn’t invited to Stassi’s engagement party. And Stassi went wedding dress shopping with Brittany, but no Kristen in sight.

Looks like Kristen will be home alone again, pouting into another bowl of luke warm spaghetti, while the rest of the crew parties at Stassi’s wedding. One things for sure, if Kristen’s not invited to Stassi’s wedding, I’m sure she’ll be front and center watching it on TV with the rest of us.
