In less surprising news, rumors are flying that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s marriage is in trouble. The newlyweds were married in June in Brittany’s home state Kentucky with family, friends, cast members, and cameras watching.
The wedding was one of the most anticipated events in reality TV this year with promises of Disney princesses, beer cheese, and selfies. If you follow any of the cast members on social media, you would have seen hundreds of photos from the wedding weekend.
Brittany told Us Weekly, “We have to laugh about stuff because, I mean, there are articles saying that our marriage is in trouble and stuff like that. I’m just like, ‘Oh my goodness’.” She has to be tired of constantly defending Jax and her relationship. She continued to explain, “We have been so solid. I don’t even worry about it because as long as we’re happy and we’re doing good, that’s all that matters, you know?”
The rumors started because Jax has cheated, stolen, lied, been seen without his wedding ring. For once, Brittany had a logical explanation that wasn’t full of holes and delusional fairytales; he takes off his wedding ring when he goes to the gym so he “doesn’t mess it up.” Especially since his wedding ring has something special from his late father.
She explained, “I love his ring, I love seeing it on him,” She continued, “He’s always wearing it, he hasn’t lost it or anything yet, I was really worried about that … He’s even gonna get workout rings that he can wear to the gym.”
But of course, Brittany being Brittany couldn’t disappoint us and her delusional ways came back, “Married life is awesome.” She lied clarified, “I think we’ve settled in very well. I’m just so excited. I love Jax so much so everything’s been going great. Hopefully we’ll be able to have a family and stuff. We’re doing great. We are very, very, very happy right now.” Saying very three times must mean they are super duper happy. Maybe she believes if she says it enough times then it will be true?
