Did they or didn’t they consummate their marriage? How in the world would you ever prove it? And who would want to see that proof?
Little Women: LA’s Todd Gibel and Christy Gibel are fighting over the dirty deed. And I am strangely fascinated by the drama surrounding their separation.
Anyone who caught the last episode of Little Women: LA got to witness the moment officers showed up to serve a restraining order on Todd while Christy hovered in the background. If you were current on what happened behind the scenes you knew this moment was coming as Christy has made it clear she wants out of her marriage.
Now, Todd is responding to some of the claims made by his estranged wife. According to legal documents obtain by TMZ, Todd filed a response to Christy’s request for an annulment. And in his response he refutes Christy’s claims they never consummated their marriage and that he had committed fraud.

Todd claimed they did, in fact, have sex. However, their sex life was not voracious since he had a lot of trouble moving around during the course of their marriage. Often times he slept downstairs on the couch because the stairs were too difficult for him.
As to Christy’s claims of fraud, Todd stated the only time he took out loans was when it was against his 401k and it was with her consent. In fact, some of that money supposedly went towards creating her daughter’s dream “princess bedroom.”

Christy has not been shy about airing her marital grievances in public. She requested a restraining order against Todd claiming he was making life horrible for her and her clone daughter. He allegedly opened a credit card account in her name without her knowledge. And the greatest offense involved messing with the thermostat!
Next, Christy filed for an annulment and claimed they never consummated their marriage. Her story line one season of trying to conceive and possible adopt a child? It was just for show, people! Well, she certainly didn’t take long to recover from the trauma of her marriage. It looks as though Christy has moved on to a new victim as evident in one of many pictures posted to her Instagram account if her and her new man.
Christy and Todd’s divorce/annulment is going to have more entertainment than the show itself. Although, maybe now that Christy has a new distraction she will give up on the story of being the poor victim in a sexless marriage and just go forward with a divorce.
