Another Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star with a lawsuit. It seems like something is in the Botox that is making them not pay their bills. Pretty much the majority of the cast is being sued for lack of class funds, Kyle Richard’s husband is being sued for fraud, Erica Jayne’s husband is being sued for an unpaid loan to fund his wife’s alter ego, and Dorit Kemsley apparently froze her own bank account to avoid her husband’s financial issues.
Now that puppygate is finally over (thank you), all the skeletons are coming out… including the brittle bones of the less popular Richards sister.
According to Page Six, Kim Richards is being sued for ten thousand dollars by ghostwriter Allison Kinglsey Baker. Kathy Hilton better get her check book out! Allison stated, “My client refuses to pay me despite our signed contract and a job well done.” Maybe Kim forgot to balance her allowance from Kathy to pay Allison?
Not sure of what the secret project is but Allison has worked with other celebrities before including Kim’s niece Nicky Hilton. I guess Nicky will never recommend anyone to her aunt again!

This isn’t Kim’s first lawsuit, Kathy she was ordered to pay $266,000 to a woman who was allegedly attacked by her pit bull. She also settled another lawsuit over another alleged pit bull attack. She better put a tighter leash on her dog like Kathy needs to tighten her wallet around Kim.
Besides lawsuits, Kim has dealt with her sobriety and rocky relationship with Kyle on the show for years. She has fallen off the wagon a couple of times and has been accused of abusing alcohol and drugs by cast mates more than once. Her life has seemed to improve since Kathy is giving her an allowance she has been off the show. Could this lawsuit set her back?

Kim and Allison are due in court on September 4th. No word if Kim’s bank sister Kathy will be there.
