From bad to worse. It seems safe to say that Little Women LA star Christy Gibel and estranged husband, Todd Gibel, are officially done.
Not only does she want out of the marriage, but she actually wants to get it annulled.
According to an article in TMZ, Christy filed papers with the court seeking an annulment. Christy is claiming her and Todd never consummated their relationship and he committed financial fraud.
Hmmm, okay. Wasn’t a big part of their storyline the fact they were unable to conceive? I guess this revelation from Christy might have been the reason why they were having problems. Unless she is lying about them not having carnal knowledge of each other as a way to humiliate her ex. Which lie should we believe?
A source claimed, “Todd opened [a] credit card account and took out loans under her name without her consent.” A claim that he, when contacted, stated will all be straightened out once they get to court. He also refutes her allegation that their marriage was never consummated. According to him, it may have “been a while since they’ve had sex” but they definitely had sex during the marriage.

Christy and Todd were married back in 2014 and had their marital troubles captured by the Little Women: LA cameras. Fans watched Christy cry over Todd’s weight gain. Her fear of not being able to adopt a child because of his health issues. His lack of sensitivity after she had surgery. Everything came to a head when Christy filed a protective order against Todd. Now the final blow comes in the form of this annulment. Apparently, even after five years of marriage, she could still be eligible for an annulment if she can prove there was some form of fraudulence.
Annulment. Divorce. Either way, it looks as though we’ll be hearing a lot more from these two as they navigate their way far far far away from each other.
