Andrei Castravet and Elizabeth Potthast Castravet became parents in real time this year. They welcomed baby Eleanor on January 23rd in Tampa, Florida. The beauty of reality TV is that fans can watch the pregnancy unfold on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After. Unfortunately, not all is well with the couple as they fight over finances and Andrei’s lack of employment.
Luckily, Elizabeth’s father has been happy to help out by giving them a place to live. Chuck even offered Andrei a job. The offer didn’t suite Andrei. Neither did trucking apparently. It’s so much better to let your heavily pregnant wife be the bread-winner. Actually, Andrei is probably the exact reason why USCIS requires a financial affidavit in the first place.
But now, Elizabeth and Andrei will be adding to their financial responsibilities. According to an article from In Touch Weekly, Elizabeth announced on her social media that, “Andrei and I have decided that we want to have more kids in the near future.” They even agreed on four as their ideal number of children. Elizabeth explained that she and Andrei, “wanted an idyllic family of six.”
While financial planning may not interest them very much, fertility mapping certainly does. Elizabeth explained that when she conceived Eleanor, she had “no idea” about measuring her hormone levels or peak fertility. She wasn’t sure that she and Andrei were even, “compatible as a couple to conceive” This time around, Elizabeth plans to be more proactive. She is preparing by tracking her fertility levels.

So, will a potential second pregnancy be different than the first time around? Will Elizabeth get another, “don’t terrorize me with your pregnancy” scolding? That was hard enough to watch, but apparently, Andrei has learned from his mistake. Elizabeth explained, “my feelings are that it was absolutely barbaric and it’s not my pregnancy. It’s our pregnancy.” She included a video clip of Andrei giving himself a big thumbs down.
Another source of conflict that Elizabeth hopes to resolve is her husband’s relationship with her family. When asked what she would change about Andrei she wrote, “him getting along with my family.”
