There are many perks that come with being a reality TV star. You get fame, money, sponsored Instagram posts, podcasts, and an ongoing list of benefits. However, there are also plenty of drawbacks. A lot of reality stars bleed out for their shows, sacrificing any semblance of privacy.
Somehow, Cameran Eubanks managed to work out the ideal situation. We see pretty much nothing about her personal life on Southern Charm. Usually, her storyline is providing commentary about other people’s drama. this makes sense since she is the show’s narrator. Here and there, she discusses the difficulties of balancing her new life as a mother. Nevertheless, her life is never on display. The same can’t be said for Shep Rose. We see the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to his life. He’s even the victim of some shady editing. During one recent episode, the subtitle “Shep’s girlfriend of the week” actually appeared on the screen. We see a lot of Shep Rose.
It was only a matter of time before Shep started his own podcast. Pretty much every reality TV star has a podcast, so why not Shep? Shep had Cameran on as a guest on his podcast Enough About Me.
According to an article from Celebrity Insider, Shep admitted that he was into Cameran when they first met. Shep swore that Cameran was flirting with him. However, she was dating her now-husband Jason Wimberly at the time, so she insists that wasn’t the case. I don’t know about that. Shep is pretty cute. If only the Southern Charm cameras were rolling back then to gather evidence.

Shep told Cameran, “You’re touchy and I had just met you.” Cameran defended herself by explaining that is not out of the norm since she’s affectionate with everybody.
Shep recalled, “I didn’t know that at the time. She’ll touch your shoulder, grab your arm, laugh at all your jokes.” Maybe Shep’s jokes were just funny. Or she was trying to be nice and threw a pity laugh his way.

Nevertheless, Shep thought to himself, “I’m like, this girl is lovely, and maybe I got a shot here!” He did not. And it’s probably for the best.
They don’t have to endure awkward ex tension like Naomie Olindo and Craig Conover or Austen Kroll and Chelsea Meissner. They also avoided that post-hookup energy that has been festering between Kathryn Dennis and Whitney Sudler-Smith for years. Then again, Shep and Kathryn have hooked up plenty of times and they seem to handle social gatherings very well. Oh, what could have been!
