Just because you are the self-proclaimed “World’s First Supermodel” does not mean you will get your way in the courtroom! Long-time viewers of the Ryan Seacrest produced show Shahs of Sunset may recall a brief yet juicy scene that featured Janice Dickinson and fiery Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi. Janice claimed she was portrayed negatively and attempted to fight back in a courtroom.
Both GG and Janice were backstage preparing to model in a fashion show. GG was set to model a silver romper but noticed Janice already wearing it while GG was still getting her mask make-up done. Immediately, GG went into her classic mean girl mode referring to her as an “old ass bitch who died out with the Flintstones”. (Which doesn’t make sense if you think about it – the Flintstones were human beings and last I checked human beings were still walking the earth. But okay, you do you GG. I am here for your mean girl snark/sass/attitude all.day.) Certainly the things GG said were unpleasant but were they worthy of a lawsuit???
TMZ reported that a Los Angeles judge “tossed the whole matter out of court.” The judge decided that the model/actress/diva was not negatively depicted on the Season 6 episode. The lawsuit was initially filed about a year ago.
Janice sued Ryan Seacrest‘s production company. Janice claimed she was “edited to make it look like she jacked a romper GG was supposed to wear in a fashion show”. She also claimed the scene made her “look like an arrogant, unprofessional ex-supermodel”.

The judge disagreed with all of Janice’s ridiculous and laughable claims. The judge determined there was “nothing in the edit of the show that was misleading enough about Janice for her to win the lawsuit. So, the case was dismissed.
GG is free to continue making snarky analogies that make little sense. Janice can go back to stealing other people’s outfits because, after all, she is the world’s first supermodel!
