Pretty much every season of Survivor, the “merge episode” stands out as one of the best. It’s exciting, sometimes nerve-racking, but always entertaining, not to mention that it always stands as a pivotal moment for the game’s overall trajectory. Tom Santilli is an entertainment writer/journalist who has been covering Survivor professionally since 2010 (he has been a devout fan of the show since Day One).
