The good news is that Joe Giudice is out of prison. Then again, he has been transferred into ICE custody, so he is still confined. Unless you’re living under a rock, you are aware that Joe is waiting to find out if he will be deported to Italy.
As if those weren’t big enough stakes, Teresa Giudice also publicly declared that she will divorce him if that happens. The Giudice drama just never stops. Right?
Of course, the always-present Giudice family attorney released a statement. This is far from his first rodeo with this couple. James Leonard Jr. told People, “Mr. Giudice has finished serving his federal prison sentence and was transferred early this morning from the Bureau of Prisons to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees.”
According to an article from TMZ, Joe’s current location is currently unknown, but he will remain there until he goes to court to appeal the deportation decision.

The lawywer also said, “His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him.”
His daughters definitely miss him. There is no doubt about that. Teresa probably does too, but she has an… interesting way of showing it. She was spotted holding hands with a 26-year-old man during a Miami vacation. I wonder how she was coping with Joe’s prison release this morning.
Then again, I won’t have to “wonder” for too long. Production on Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 is underway. Unfortunately, this shocks absolutely no one. Like it or not, this show really does revolve around Teresa and her family.
