It is only March of 2019 and I already decided who the recipient of this year’s Father of the Year Award should be…wait for it…Eric Rosenbrook!!! The 90 Day Fiance alum, aka real gem of a father, recently admitted he was the one that filed the restraining order against his daughter, Tasha Rosenbrook! And here all along we thought Eric’s wife Leida Margaretha was the evil one in this twisted, sick, dysfunctional relationship between father, daughter, mail order bride, new wife! #Ericsaysholdmybeer
90 Day Fiance fans may recall the extreme tension and fighting between Tasha and Leida throughout Season 6. The show featured many arguments, name calling, and insults between the two women. Especially after Leida moved into Eric’s hell-hole-of-when-was-the-last-time-that-place-saw-a-vacuum-and-some-bleach apartment in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The two were constantly bickering about cleanliness and privacy issues. Meanwhile, lifeless Eric did nothing to defend his daughter. Things got so bad between Tasha and Leida that earlier this year Leida was granted a four-year restraining order against Eric’s daughter.
The story gets even darker now that Eric revealed in a recent interview with In Touch Weekly that HE was the one to fill out and file the paperwork requesting the restraining order! Eric confirmed, “Yes, I did fill it out. Only because she didn’t know what to do, not because I agreed with the choice to file it.” Um, what the what? Isn’t there a clerk at the court that could have assisted Leida with filing the paperwork?
He goes on to defend his appalling action himself and asserted, “While I disagreed with the restraining order, I did agree and feel that maybe it was the only option at the time as Leida needs to be free of the hate mail and death threats in order for her to recover from some of the things that have been afflicting her since all this started during the show.”
Eric continued to place all blame on daughter Tasha and explained that her own behavior during the hearing was the reason the judge granted the four-year restraining order. He said, “Tasha’s own behavior during the hearing was the primary driving factor in the judge granting the restraining order…her attitude, words and expressions in the courtroom was the determining factor in the [four] years being granted.” He claimed, “Leida didn’t request a four-year order.”

In addition to death threats against Evil Queen Leida, Eric claimed the judge in the case has received threats from Tasha’s supporters. He commented, “I have also received word that the judge has been received harassment from her fans. Whether this is true or not, I haven’t confirmed, but was suspect in the recent denial for relief from the order by the judge.”
So where do they all stand today, you might ask? Eric shared one thing Tasha (hello! how about Leida?!?!) can do to put an end to the family tension. He said, “All she has to do is apologize and this can all stop. We just want this [to] stop and for everyone to cool down and come to reason.” Uh, dad, how about you try to encourage your wife to act like an actual human rather than a monster to your own flesh and blood?

Tasha is not taking any of this lightly and is fighting back. According to her roommate, Tasha has obtained a lawyer and a court date is pending.
Looks like this feud is not ending anytime soon. Unless Tasha apologizes of course… Way to put the blame on your daughter for all of this mess Eric. Congratulations to you for being the absolute worst!
