Ex on The Beach S2 New Season Thursday, December 20 at 8/7c: Here's What You Can Expect

They thought they were over their exes. They thought they were ready to find love, but they thought wrong. The singles believed that they were on a different dating show, but this is Ex on the Beach Season 2.

What can viewers expect from this second round? The show promises “hotter hookups, more exes than ever, and more scandalous secrets.” Episode One starts off with a masquerade party, but it’s not your average themed party. Soon enough, they will have to unmask the truth about their relationship histories… whether they like it or not.

Romeo returns as the host, prompting Big Brother alum Jozea Flores to remark, “When you see Romeo, you know it ain’t about no love. It’s Ex on the mother f*cking Beach.” That’s right. Whenever Romeo shows up, expect him to stir the pot with some twist in the game.

This is not going to sit well with ex-Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham. She admits, “I’m kind of freaking out because I thought I was on a dating show to date like future people. F*ck my exes.”

One by one, we meet each of the “singles” and there are some immediate sparks between a lot of the cast members. There’s The Bachelorette villain Chad Johnson. Will he show everyone his softer side? Or will be the same deli meat-obsessed argumentative brute that Bachelor fans are used to seeing? He is immediately drawn to Big Brother winner Morgan Willett and The Challenge participant Nicole Ramos.

Are You the One? Season 6 cast member Malcolm Drummer sets his sights on Catching Kelce winner Maya Benberry…. and Farrah’s ass. Bad Girls Club: Miami’s Janelle Shanks waxes poetic about being both a bad girl and a dedicated Christian.

Initially, everyone is having a good time…except for Farrah. Right from the jump, Farrah rubs almost every cast member the wrong way and this is before any of her exes show up on the beach. Fire Island cast member Cheyenne Parker is not afraid to stand up and call her out on her diva antics.

And of course, this is just the initial cast. In the first episode alone, three exes arrive and Romeo promises the arrival of an additional single, who cannot be voted out of the house.

Everyone talks a big game about “being over” their ex, but is that really the case? Who is being truthful about their feelings? Are they looking for closure? Do they want to rekindle? Will brand new relationships form? Or are they just there to argue?
