Another day, another Real Housewives lawsuit. Or at least that’s what it seems like these days. Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK Kemsley were sued by man named Ryan Horne who claimed to one one third of the swimwear line Beverly Beach by Dorit.
Now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and her husband are suing him in return. This sounds a lot juicier than the storylines we were subjected to last season, i.e. Dorit being late and Dorit being offended by the glassware selection. Nevertheless, there’s next to zero chance that this will make it into season.

According to an article from TMZ, Beverly Beach by Dorit counter-sued Ryan Horne and claimed that Dorit is actually the sole owner of the company and that there was never any sort of deal in place for him to have any bit of ownership.
The lawsuit claims that he was “merely a vendor” for the company. Not only that but he “failed to provide the goods and services he promised in a timely or competent manner.” Because of this Beverly Beach by Dorit lost hundreds of thousands in sales as a result- allegedly.
