Did Monique Samuels not watch this season of Real Housewives of Potomac? Or maybe she just watched it with rose colored glasses on or some blinders? How does she still not get how it was offensive for her fan page- ran by own brother- to post memes bashing Robyn Dixon? It’s not as if she’s not in touch with her own brother. It’s not a random fan running the account. Why couldn’t she just ask him to delete the posts?
Monique made it clear that she really does not get why Robyn is upset in a Bravo blog post. She admitted, “I truly don’t understand what Robyn’s issue is. Rather than argue back and forth, I can be the bigger person to apologize and make the necessary steps to move forward.” One of those “necessary steps to move forward” would be understanding why Robyn was so upset. How could they truly move on if Monique doesn’t care to grasp that?
Ashley Darby Doesn’t Think It’s Fair For Monique Samuels To Say She “Solely Damaged Her Reputation”
She also had issues with Ashley Darby thanks to their fall-out over Monique’s post-lunch car accident. Ashley said Monique had four martinis and drove drunk. Monique insisted that she was simply exhausted and fell asleep at the wheel. Monique was asked, “What do you think about Ashley saying that it was your own behavior that ruined your reputation?”
Monique answered, “Nothing about my ‘behavior’ would cause my reputation to be ruined. She should have just answered Andy’s [Cohen] question which was ‘do you have any regrets?’ Ashley has been spewing lies, while also speaking on events she did not witness, per usual.” I just don’t understand why anyone- let alone people who constantly brag about their wealth have financial security just wouldn’t hire a driver. She could probably expense it to the production company. She could even just slum it like the rest of us civilians and get an Uber to pick her up from lunch.
