Just in case you were wondering, Brittany Cartwright is still making sandwiches for Jax Taylor, ya’ll! Despite rumors that the Vanderpump Rules stars had broken up post-filming of their spinoff, they’re confirming otherwise. And I guess that’s a good thing, because their new show, Vanderpump Rules: Jax And Brittany Take Kentucky, looks to hinge on the Big Question: i.e., will lifetime bachelor, Jax Taylor, propose?
In a recent interview, Jax reassured viewers that despite their engagement status remaining a mystery, he and Brittany are definitely not broken up. “You definitely can (put the kibosh on that rumor),” he said. “Don’t read those [blogs]!”
Jax told the Huffington Post that they’ll be plenty of arguments aired on their upcoming spinoff, but “things get magnified differently because we’re on TV.”
Then why did the couple unfollow each other on social media? some asked. Brittany scoffed at viewers who wondered if their relationship had ended, calling it “crazy,” while Jax piled on that it just “comes with the territory for us with the show. They are bored and I guess there were no stories that day.”

Hmm. Something’s not adding up. Unless they’re Taylor Swift hyping up a new album via messing with their social media platforms, it seems a bit fishy to cut each other off on social media – only to laugh at people who question this move. Then again, I don’t think I’d like to get into the mind of Jax for too long thinking about this. It’s messy and confusing in there!
Just a few days ago, Jax refuted press that surmised he and Brittany were calling it quits. He tweeted, “Nope we are good, relationships always have ups and downs and in our world an argument means the world is ending.”
Jax added that he and Brittany were actually sitting on the couch at the moment, thinking of what to order for dinner. (Sandwiches!?)
