Draya Michele of the reality series Basketball Wives L.A. is preggers and her baby daddy is NFL Dallas Cowboys, Orlando Scandrick. The coupling has been fodder for the press over the two years they’ve been together for disturbing headlines about their nuclear relationship. Draya and Orlando constantly ‘break up, to make up’ and now, the reality show celeb set the record straight regarding her drama-filled life, revealing to the site how she and her man are just “your typical soap opera black couple.”

The former video vixen and model, who is now in her second trimester of pregnancy just became engaged last year with Orlando putting a 7-carart rock on her finger that weighed in with a reported value of $400,000. Even though it seems the relationship is now coasting on serene waters, Draya and Orlando were absolutely brutal towards each other via social media when their coupling got off course.
Last year, Orlando even got a restraining order against his lady love claiming, he was the victim of domestic violence. The cornerback accused Draya of allegedly, not only dousing him with mace but flinging various objects at him, ruining his clothing and threatening to “throw bleach in his eyes.” He requested in court for Draya keep a distance of at least 100 years from him and that she vacate their home asap. Orlando, who claimed to have suffered injuries after the attack was granted his requests.
Draya has publicly denied that there was ever a restraining order and pooh-poohed the domestic violence charges. Meanwhile, the couple’s famed Instagram battles are legendary. They have even called off their engagement with Orlando publicly stating that “In hindsight, it was a poor decision to propose.” But has Draya or Orlando hung their heads down in shame for their public shenanigans? HECK NO! According to Draya, she told HipHollywood, “No I stand by the things I’ve said. This time I was more angry that people were saying oh she’s pregnant and hormonal. I was like no I’m not hormonal, I’m just real. So no I stand behind my words I don’t care.”

For now, Draya and Orlando are cool and they even recently spent her 31st birthday peacefully. So will this seemingly toxic relationship become official in the near future? Well, Draya is sure she will make it down the aisle but not quite yet, “We’re not rushing for a wedding date. I’m not rushing to get down the aisle, I’m just trying to get my baby out and relax for a little bit, maybe travel some, take my family some places we’ve never been before and then get married.”
