Former Dance Moms victims unite! Last week Kelly Hyland scored a victory against Abby Lee Miller when the assault charges against her were dismissed! Cheering on Kelly’s victory is Christi Lukasiak, mom of Chloe, who stated that if viewers knew the true story behind Abby and Kelly’s altercation they would understand how Kelly went so far as to tug Abby’s Bump-it!
When a viewer asked Christi to clarify what her tweet meant she answered, “It means don’t believe everything you see on television.”

Chloe and Christi are currently in London doing appearances. Chloe has signed with a new Pittsburgh-based dance studio and competes with them as well.
Kelly still has to stay away from Abby (like that’s a punishment) for 6 months, plus undergo two days of anger management counseling (think that was assigned to the wrong person in this matter!). However, her lawsuit against Lifetime Producers and Abby is still on-going and no words on how this dismissal could impact the proceedings.
In other news, Paige and Brooke may have left ALDC , but that doesn’t mean they’ve abandoned the dance world. Paige has been active with her own YouTube Channel where she recently announced plans to open her own dance studio. And you think Abby hates Cathy and the Candy Apples…
Paige shares that she is still studying dance, but under different teachers and together with her sister Brooke (now 17) they continue to make appearances. And in their future, Paige hopes to follow in Abby Lee‘s footsteps (no, not literally), but to become a dance teacher! “I love to dance and I love kids, so I am hoping to continue studying dance with great instructors and start teaching the younger students.” Paige reveals to IBTimes.com.
Brooke echoed a desire to teach dance, saying, “My family have all danced our whole lives so it only seems natural to continue with dance.” The Hyland sisters hope to make it a family-affair with a studio that provides “elite training” albeit in a “nurturing environment.” So basically the opposite of the ALDC?!
Well, that could make for a very interesting reality show. Kelly the dance teacher, dealing with the dance moms, guest appearances by Christi and Chloe, competing against Abby… perhaps Lifetime producers better call Kelly and offer her a spinoff to get that lawsuit dropped?!
