Here it is.. the news nobody’s been waiting for.. Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg have scored their very own reality TV show. Sanitized footage of Jenny and Donnie‘s summer wedding will serve as the Donnie Loves Jenny (aka Jenny Loves Jenny) series premiere early next year on A&E.
If this news does not knock your socks off.. I’ve got more.. the former Love in the Wild and The View host and the Wahlburgers star have started their own production company, D&J Productions. Donnie Loves Jenny is merely one of many reality TV shows the newlywed couple will produce for A&E.

Jenny and Donnie announced the news yesterday: “Not only have we found a new home together, we have found the perfect place for our exciting new projects to live with A&E.”
“We’re so excited about this deal and look forward to a long and successful relationship creating entertaining and provocative unscripted programming with our partners at A&E. Our feeling is, who better to make our first show for the network about than about us? We love working together and with our crazy schedules this gives us the chance to both work and play together.”
David McKillop, GM and Executive VP of A&E, shared, “Viewers have enjoyed following their relationship on Wahlburgers and we look forward to sharing this next part of their journey.”
A few random thoughts: 1) Donnie Loves Jenny? Just, no. My eyes rolled so hard I got an instant headache. 2) Speaking of headaches, I don’t think I’d be able to stand Jenny McCarthy for more than 15 minutes. 3) All snark aside, I look forward to hearing more about the “entertaining” and “provocative” shows they have planned. Ones which don’t revolve around Jenny.
