You better watch your mouth when you talk about one of the stars of Keeping Up With the Kardashians! Or, at least that is the message that Kendall Jenner is sending out to a NYC waitress who chose to go to the press following her run-in with the model at an NYC restaurant.
This is how the story goes….Kendall was dining with her a friend at Mercer Kitchen last Monday and according to sources, the 18-year-old tried to order alcohol and was not too happy when her waitress chose to abide by the law.

A source told Page Six that “the staff wouldn’t serve her [booze] because she’s underage, Kendall got up and left and didn’t pay for all the food . . . about $60 worth, and without a tip.”
Following the interaction, her server, Blaine Morris, who played Betty Nardone on MTV’s Skins took to Twitter. “That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face.”
Kendall’s camp did not take the news going viral too kindly. Because, according to TMZ, Kendall is threatening legal action, claiming the waitress is defaming her to boost her career.
In a letter, Kendall admits that she dined at Mercer Kitchen and “accidentally skipped out on the bill.” But, when the waitress came up to her outside, she was “extremely apologetic” and paid the $33 bill plus a $7 tip. (Seriously?? If you actually forgot to pay your bill and the waitress chases you down and you are famous — pony up a better tip!)
But that is not where the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s attorney ends his claims. “Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress,” adding, “You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.”
Whoa! Don’t mess with the Kardashian/Jenner clan. Long story short — no matter what happened, Kendall’s camp has more power than you. And Kendall is demanding an apology or she will sue. Your move Blaine!
