Aviva Drescher has always just laughed off her father, George Teichner’s shocking behavior. This is the man, who has groped most of the Real Housewives of New York’s members, been shown the door at a party by Ramona Singer and “poked” Sonja Morgan.
But still Aviva remained unfazed, she even through him an engagement party at the Museum of Sex when the 76-year-old became engaged to 25-year-old Dana Lavette Cody. But did Aviva finally throw in the towel and choose to skip out on her father’s recent nuptials?

Nope! “I am so happy for my father and Cody! They did get married! They eloped!” Aviva Drescher told Us Magazine.
George and Cody celebrated their one year anniversary by getting married on the beach. There seemed to be only a few people on hand for the surprising wedding. But we may indeed get to see the wedding because there looks to be some reality TV cameras, but apparently not from Bravo or the Real Housewives of New York.
So were George and Cody upset that Aviva did not attend. Not in the least. Cody even took to Twitter to defend Aviva’s absence.
“@avivadrescher was not the ONLY “NO SHOW”..because we DID NOT TELL ANYONE!!!!” the bride wrote. “Neither family members were aware!! My #HUSBAND & myself only allowed the world to view our love via #RHONY @bravotv so that the public can understand that #truelove & #soulmates exist despite ageism,& cultural differences!! We are truly not into “showbiz” -only into each other… Certain moments in life are #priceless!!!!!”
