Dr. Terry Dubrow makes his living — and what a living, have you seen their house!?!? — making the people of Orange County and L.A. more beautiful. But according to the good doctor, his wife does not need his expertise in plastic surgery.
You would think, having a very successful plastic surgeon as a husband would have its fair share of benefits. Hello?!?! Free plastic surgery! Most people would jump at the chance. But not, Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow.
Apparently her beauty, body and lack of wrinkles is God-given. I know, it makes me hate her just a little bit too.
Dr. Dubrow, who stars on both the Real Housewives of Orange County and on E!’s Botched, recently spoke to Rumorfix about his wife’s plastic surgery past — he says there isn’t one — even after four kids. Which, by the way, most women would love a boob job after having kids.
“Those four children just sucked the life out of them. Her breasts are still good but they are slightly deflated, but equally attractive.”
Ummmmm, OK. Not quite a diss, not quite a compliment. Not necessarily how I would like my husband to describe my breasts. But he makes up for it when asked if he would encourage her to go under the knife.
“We have talked about it. I don’t want my wife to have any plastic surgery – look at her, what would you do? My wife’s body is unbelievable, my wife is rarefied air… I told her, ‘They look good and you’re not bothered by them – we’re not doing it.'” Now that has got to earn him some bonus points with his wifey!
Also during the interview, Terry puts an end to the rumors that Heather has already had work done. “Compare her photos to college or when she was on Jenny in the ’90s.”
Enough said. So no major plastic surgery for Heather. But she has taken advantage of her husband’s ability to get her the good stuff — as in Botox.
“She had this little wrinkle so I asked her ‘Does it bother you?’ She said ‘Yes’ so I started injecting her at 27. But she only does Botox once a year – its lasts forever on her,” he said, adding she also uses fillers and the anti-aging serum Sculptra.
Well good to know. Heather is NOT PERFECT. Just pretty darn close!
