Vicki Gunvalson Selling Orange County Mansion; Ordered To Pay Ex-Husband Donn $95,000!

vicki gunvalson sells OC home

After spending zillions on a total facelift for a house that was supposed to represent the new Vicki Gunvalson, she’s selling!

On this season’s Real Housewives of Orange County Vicki has admitted she’s lonely in the massive 5,400 square-foot enclave now that daughter Briana and her family have moved out. Since she’s a single-ish gal again Vicki has decided to list her home for $2.899 million!

Sitting on 1 acre of land in the exclusive Coto De Caza community, Vicki’s newly renovated home boasts a grotto pool with outdoor kitchen in the backyard, 5 bedrooms – including a master retreat, 6 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, both a formal and informal living room, and charming “California Mediterranean” features.

Vicki is listing the property through Keller Williams (and her agent is not former friend and co-star Jeana Keough). Vicki has listed the property in the past, after filing for divorce from Donn Gunvalson, but it didn’t sell. After retaining sole ownership of the home in the divorce, Vicki has done a near total remodel.

A video of Vicki giving a guided tour of her fabulous newly vamped pad is below. No word on where she plans to move – or if she plans to move in with Brooks Ayers!

Hopefully Vicki is able to unload her spread soon because she owes her ex an additional $95,000 according to court documents! Vicki and Donn finally settled their divorce earlier this year after a lot of squabbling over alimony – which Donn ultimately lost, but in return received a sizable settlement. But then Vicki had a whoopsie moment when she accidentally withdrew assets from an account Donn retained.

Donn was awarded the assets of a bank account in their divorce and it seems Vicki withdrew $95,735 in an “inadvertent or mistaken” transaction. Are we sure it wasn’t Brooks who made that “inadvertent” withdrawal, just like he made that “inadvertent” blackmail attempt and hit man hiring on Vicki’s former Vicki’s Vodka business partner?

To remedy the mistake, Donn was awarded the repayment of the $95,735 sum in exchange for permanently waiving other assets – as a result both Vicki and Donn agreed to amend their divorce documents. “The parties now stipulate and agree that each party shall waive now and forever the right to receive spousal support from the other party,” read the amended divorce decree, obtained by Radar Online.

The updated documents also state that Donn retains the rights to a double-wide trailer the couple owns in Arizona (likely in a golf community) – and remember that Vicki’s Vodka lawsuit which Vicki is embroiled in for fraud, breach of trust and breech of good faith after Brooks reportedly seriously botched the business deal? Donn is legally exonerated from ever being financially culpable for any judgements awarded against Vicki.

The papers reveal, Vicki “will pay, assume indemnify, defend and hold respondent harmless from any and all liabilities associated with said lawsuit.” The lawsuit is still on-going – and headed to trial –  just like Vicki’s on-again/off-again mess with Brooks. But at least her divorce is finally, officially, finalized!
