Apparently Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did not get married recently in a hush-hush wedding in California. Kim took to twitter yesterday to clear up a few of the rumors. Her first tweet "We are not married yet!" cleared up one major rumor, but the second tweet — "We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. You will see everything leading up til & maybe even photos," — was actually kind of disappointing. I wanted to see the wedding!!
But the real story is what is actually holding up the wedding. According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye's elaborate prenup is what is holding up their happily ever after.

It should come as no surprise that 'the most talked about couple in the world' has an elaborate prenup. They are both worth millions in their own rights, so there is just a lot to work out. Unlike Kim's prenup with Kris Humphries, there isn't any resentment or nastiness when it comes down to signing on the dotted line, there is just a lot on said line. Negotiations have been further complicated by the fact that Kanye recently switched management teams. Why that complicates things, I have no idea. Maybe if I had a management team…..
In other Kimye news, their controversial Vogue cover is not reaching the sales figures that were recently reported. A few weeks ago the rumor was — perhaps planted by Kris Jenner?? — that Kim and Kanye's Vogue was expected to out sell other Vogue covers that featured First Lady Michelle Obama and Queen B, Beyonce.
“The trends for Kim K. are definitely better than the prior month with Rihanna, to the tune of 20 percent better,” Josh Gary, VP of Mag Net Data, told the New York Post. “I’d argue that if you peg last year’s Michelle Obama at 269,000, this issue will net out around 250,000.”
That still keeps Queen B on top with 355,000 copies sold. Kimye should be thrilled to come in third behind a couple of the most powerful women in the world. Perhaps they can break records on a different magazine cover if they sell their wedding pictures….if the wedding happens….
