The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein is the lasted housewife to become an American citizen. Following in the footsteps of Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's Yolanda Foster, the petite Canadian citizen revealed on Twitter that she plans to take a US citizenship test.
"Just got my appointment for my exam to become a us citizen! #studytime lol i will be keeping my canadian citizenship as well :)" Which she followed up with, "Happy to becoming a us citizen but proud to be Canadian #Canadian #neverforgetwhereicamefrom,". But will cameras be rolling during her momentous occasion?

Earlier this week, Bravo announced a slew of new and returning series, but the Real Housewives of Miami was no where to be seen. Bravo has remained mum on the subject and so have most of the Miami housewives, except for Lea Black, who tweeted, "The fat lady hasn't sung "Rumors again? Bravo has made no decisions abt #rhom4 but wouldn't air upcoming season-Miami is always late! lol.
Sounds like the Miami franchise is a goner to me. Which is too bad for Lisa Hochstein. I actually enjoyed watching her interact with her husband and get day drunk with her house keeper. And her struggle to conceive a baby seemed to hit home with a lot of viewers. But the ratings never seemed to be there for the Miami cast as they were for all the other franchises. Maybe Lisa should take the approach that no news is good news. And I have my fingers crossed for her that her citizenship is filmed for season four.
