The Don't Be Tardy star claims that she wanted Kroy to undergo the procedure immediately after the twins were born but ended up having medical complications. What – was Kim's wig permanently glued to her head and needed emergency removal? “After the babies, my blood pressure was so high, we just didn't do it.”
