Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans went to court this morning for her April 23 arrest. Jenelle's boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, and Jenelle's husband, Courtland Rogers, were in attendance. Fun, right?
Naturally, Courtland tweeted his way through his visit, "Life might not always be fair but at least I'm alive to witness what really matters. This sobriety s–t is amazing!"
In the end, Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 18 months of unsupervised probation. Charges surrounding a schedule II controlled substance (Percocet) and assault against Courtland were dropped.
Not a bad day in court for Jenelle, err, until the judge requested a drug test. Dustin Sullivan has reported that she tested positive for marijuana, sharing, "The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive."

Courtland didn't take the news well. "OMFG," he tweeted, "They dropped everything and gave her unsupervised probation?? UNSUPERVISED???? Wow 48 hours in jail that's tuff. SMDH, really??"
Jenelle's husband and partner in crime continued, "She definitely got out of the heroin charge," adding, "Heroin charges are being dismissed. I just got word from my attorney. I'm serious. Why the f–k is this really happening? It's just NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!"
Courtland's felony charge of possession with intent to sell and distribute heroin is still pending and will be handled in superior court at a later date.
