Bravo is inundating us with a whole host of outrageous new reality shows. As if Real Housewives wasn't enough to cause severe trauma and cardiac arrest, they've found even crazier, wilder famewhores to shove down our throats!
One of the new series hitting the network is Married To Medicine. Featuring four women who are married to prominent Atlanta doctors and two women who actually are prominent Atlanta doctors, the show promises to bring high drama to go along with high-incomes and advanced degrees. Cause I totally want my dermatologist purse-checking someone at an elite social event before strolling into the office to perform a peel.

THE WIVES:
Quad Lunceford-Webb, married to psychiatrist Dr. Gregory Lunceford and considers herself "Black Barbie." Her husband doesn't appreciate her antic-prone personality which means they clash frequently. This should be good.
Mariah Huq, the show's self-proclaimed "Queen Bee" she is married to Dr. Aydin Huq, an emergency room physician who is from Bangladesh. Interestingly, she is also a producer for the show and is the original creator. BFFs with Quad, she openly embraces her husband's muslim heritage and raises her children to appreciate the customs of the culture.
Toya Bush-Harris is married to emergency medicine doctor Eugene Harris. The two met speed dating. She is helping her hubby launch a medical concierge business and working on publishing a children’s nursery book series.
Kari Wells is a British-born former model who is currenty Mrs. Duncan Wells, an orthopedic surgeon. A mother of two, they are active in several charitable organizations and she is currently the CFO of of her husband’s orthopedic practice and medical realty company.
THE DOCS:
Dr. Jacqueline Walters is OBGYN to stars like Toni Braxton, T.I. and Usher and is also a two-time breast cancer surivor. She's also a health nut who resides by the motto: "Thin is In!"
Dr. Simone Whitmore is another OBGYN who works with Dr. Jacqueline. Simone delivered Mariah's baby and she also delivers serious drama!
The first episode opens with some major drama at Quad's birthday party. "I just went into that party to have a good time, and I had no idea that was going to happen. I've had lunch and dinner with both Kari and Toya a number of times, and I didn't see it coming," she tells The Hollywood Reporter. "The things they were saying, I was just baffled, and it made me a bit upset. I've only been nice and cordial to those ladies."
Quad promises "You will be glued to the TV and know exactly who I am and know, 'Let's not mess with her.'"
“For me, this is a dream come true,” Mariah told AJC. “This is what I was born to do. I knew I was going to be on TV.”
The show is being promoted as a new version of Housewives and will be similar to the franchise it is based on. Expect lots of blown-up drama, blown-up egos, and saturated glamor. A preview for the show is below!
