There are a lot of rumors swirling around Bachelorette land, and this week they have nothing to do with that overblown “love affair” between Emily Maynard’s front runner Arie Luyendyk Jr. and a producer from the show. Just like on the show, two media outlets are reporting that yes, Emily’s heart is, in fact, torn between two loves. However, they aren’t contestants…it’s her former fiance Bachelor Brad Womack and the show’s host Chris Harrison. Oh drama!
HollywoodLife.com is reporting on a print article in this week’s Life & Style. The article claims Emily and Brad have been in contact since her season began, with a source close to Brad saying, “They call and text each other. They weren’t on good terms after their painful break-up, but Brad says they’re talking now, and it’s throwing him for a loop. It’s weird timing, but if anyone can understand what Emily is going through, it’s Brad.”

Maybe Emily is having second thoughts about the pair’s short-lived engagement. Another insider alleges that Emily wasn’t sure about her decision on the season’s finale, telling the magazine, “She had such strong feelings for at least four of the guys, so of course she has to wonder: Did I pick the right one?”
Of course, Emily can’t be pining for Brad if she’s madly in love with the rose gatekeeper himself Chris Harrison (aren’t we all?). RadarOnline.com is alleging, in what has to be the most shocking rose ceremony ever Bachelorette gossip this week, that Emily and the recently divorced Chris have been keeping their love a secret for quite awhile. The site reminds us of eons ago when the 26-year-old Emily tweeted a photo of herself with the host at a Dancing with the Stars event.
“I had so much fun with @chrisbharrison tonight @DancingABC,” exclaimed Emily, with Chris retweeting the picture gushing “Great night with my friend.”
Now, if that alone doesn’t convince you that there is a Maynard/Harrison love connection in the works (retweeting pics=true romance, y’all!), I have even more damning evidence. An insider tells the site, “Chris always openly told staffers that Emily was the most beautiful woman he’d ever laid eyes on.” Yup, it’s happening my friends!
Do you still need an extra push before you’re willing to admit that their love is true? Two words: Fame. Whore. Vienna. Girardi.
The former Bachelor winner (or loser if you think about the prize) recently spoke with Star, revealing, “From the beginning, I always said there was no way Emily was really going to end up with one of the guys because she really wanted to be with Chris, and it was obvious he wanted to be with her too. I vacationed with Chris and his family in St. Lucia and know him well. He was never with his wife. He’s such a flirt.” Ugh. I hope that Chris gives her a Roz like lecture the next time he sees her. Why would she be invited on his family vacay?
“I guarantee Emily and Chris will end up tother in the end. If she gets engaged to another man, the show will probably spin it as a love triangle,” predicts the one who will just not go away. Please, for the sake of guarding and protecting our eyes and ears, just go away!
