The newly engaged Tamra Barney is now free to move on to her next marriage as Radar Online is reporting her divorce from ex, Simon Barney has been finalized!
According to Radar, the divorce of the Real Housewives of Orange County star was finalized on October, 12, 2011 with a judge ruling neither party has to pay child or spousal support.
The divorce document states “neither party shall pay child support to each other. The parties shall each be responsible for the needs of the minor children during their respective period of physical custody.”
The document adds that the two “do hereby waive, now and forever, any and all rights to spousal support and/or maintenance, both temporary and permanent and further do hereby release the other from any and all claims past, present and future for spousal support and/or maintenance.”
As for the division of their errr assets, Simon gets to keep his 2002 Harley Davidson, several bank accounts and a 1987 Ferrari, while Tamra Sue got to hold on to her post separation income and the rights to her website.
The judge also ruled that the two are not allowed to make negative remarks “about the other party in the presence of any child of the marriage or to the public.”
Tamra and Simon were married for 11 years and have 3 children together. As reported this week, Tamra recently got engaged to her beau Eddie Judge! No word yet on when the two plan to tie the knot.
Moving on to Jesus Barbie a.k.a Alexis Bellino, who is now speaking out about her religion and her looks! In an all new interview with the Huffington Post’s Naughty But Nice Rob, Alexis fires back at critics who question her religious values, you know, when you take into consideration the way she dresses, speaks, acts, etc!
“I don’t walk around with my Bible, but I am religious,” Alexis states. “I believe in Jesus Christ and that he is our savior and I am vocal about it. Sometimes I look back and think, ‘Would I have been so vocal about it if I had known about the backlash I would have gotten?’ I take in the critics and if it gets bad, I just think about a scripture.”
It gets even better, Alexis believes she has been able to lead other women back to God due to the way she dresses! “I have brought so many girls back to the Lord because they didn’t realize you could go to church and dress like this,” adds Alexis.
Alexis also defends her choices to get plastic surgery, most recently a nose job that did not take! “Vicki [Gunvalson’s] been on [the show] for seven years,” she says. “If you go back and watch the first season, she looks nothing like it and acts different. We all have had work done! Are you kidding me? Anyone who says differently is lying.”
