Real OC Housewives’ Josh Waring Arrested Yet Again, Alexis Neiers Released

It’s that time of the year again folks, when we report yet another arrest for former Real Housewives of Orange County star Josh Waring.

TMZ is reporting Josh was arrested yet again on Friday night on a warrant for a probation violation. Josh’s past arrests include an arrest in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).

Josh sits in jail without bail and is set to face a judge on Tuesday.

In other OC news, the all new 6th season has started filming a few days ago, and it is rumored Josh’s mother Lauri Waring might be returning. Bravo has however yet to officially announce the cast. There were also rumors a while back that Alexis Bellino would not return.

UPDATE: It seems Alexis will be appearing on the new season. She just posted this on her personal facebook page – “Filming starts today for season 6! San Diego here we come! I packed 12 suitcases for a family of 5 for 4 days…Do I have issues? lol.”



Pretty Wild's Alexis Neiers Released from Jail

In other spoilt rich kid news, UsWeekly is reporting Alexis Neiers, star of the E!’s network Pretty Wild, has now been released from jail.

TMZ posted the above photo of Alexis was taken Friday night as she walked out a free woman, having served a mere 30 days of her 180-day sentence, for her role in the Hollywood burglar bunch robberies.

The 19-year-old reality star however wants us to know she did a lot of “soul searching” during her brief stint in jail. She said in a statement Friday: “I’ve had time to reflect on my life and the choices that led me to this experience, left alone in my cell 23 hours a day and having everything stripped away but the bare essentials. I did a lot of soul searching. I feel very humbled and see my life in a way that I have come to be very grateful for.”

Alexis now faces three years of felony probation and must pay a yet to be determined amount of money in restitution.
