E! reality star Alexis Neiers, (pictured left with sister Tess Taylor) who pleaded guilty last month to burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s home, will not be serving her full sentence.
Despite being sentenced to six months of jail time based on her role in the Hollywood Burglar Bunch robberies, RadarOnline is reporting today that Alexis, who stars on Pretty Wild, will only serve 45 days in jail.
The reason? Well according to someone who works for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, “Non violent female offenders will only serve 25 percent of their time” due to the overcrowding in the jail and the LA county budget cuts.
Alexis pled guilty to ransacking Orlando’s house last summer with a group of people, and was caught in the act by a security camera. Over $500,000 worth of items were stolen from Orlando’s home. Alexis is said to have made off with a number of rare watches including a prized Rolex Milgauss from the 1950’s valued at $250,000.
She is set to begin her sentence on June 24th and despite rumors that her reality show has been canceled, the E! network has denied that. The show averaged over 1.3 million viewers per episode so a second season is highly probable.
