We finally got to hear the infamous voicemail message Bethenny Frankel left for her former BFF Jill Zarin on Thursday’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.
Bethenny, who is now 7 months pregnant, spoke to UsWeekly and revealed she has no regrets when it comes to her words and actions regarding Jill.
“I don’t regret anything I’ve said,” she told UsWeekly Tuesday at the NYC premiere of The Bounty Hunter. “If she’s saying that I told her she needs to get a hobby, then that’s accurate. That’s what I said. I don’t regret anything I’ve said.”
So will two will ever reconcile? “I tried to establish relationships under a microscope and it didn’t work,” Frankel explains. “Most of my friends I’ve had for 20 years, so meeting all the housewives and trying to form lasting relationships is challenging.” As for Jill, “That one is no exception.”
When asked who was the better singer between her fellow housewives — Kim Zolciak and LuAnn De Lesseps — Bethenny shared, “I think LuAnn is a better singer but Kim is a better performer. Kim is so fiery. She really puts on a show. Their styles are different. We’ll see if LuAnn blossoms with it.”
Thoughts – Last night’s episode was pretty good. While I’m not particularly Team anyone when it comes to Bethenny and Jill, I do think it was very telling that Jill would save Bethenny’s voicemail and play it for others, especially three months after the fact. That said a lot about her in my opinion.
